We take great pride in the excellent quality of our wines, and only offer impeccably cellared wines that are in fantastic drinking condition.
Sell
We are always looking to add perfectly stored wines with excellent provenance to our stock. In particular top Burgundy - especially large formats and Original Cases.
We are looking to purchase: A. Rousseau, Chopin-Groffier, Clair-Dau, Coche Dury, Comte Liger-Belair, DRC, d’Auvenay, Domaine Leroy, Domaine Leflaive (mature vintages only), E. Rouget, F. Raveneau, G. Roumier, Jacky Truchot, J.F. Mugnier, JM Roulot, Rene Engel and Marius Gentaz from the Rhone.

Broke
If you are interested in broking your wines through us we operate on the following basis:
- Agreement of sale price
- Goods to be received at our Octavian account, where they will undergo thorough condition checks
- We will then offer the wines to our customers and upon successful completion of sale we will transfer funds to your account minus 10% broking fee
Store
Pristine wine storage is hugely important for us and is at the heart of everything we do. We are proud to offer secure and impeccable wine storage at Octavian Vaults, which continues to be the standard-bearer for the industry, in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside. Our expert team will check and inspect everything that arrives before it is barcoded and logged in our system against your account. Everything you store with us is insured to full replacement value.
We are happy to provide photos of your wines at any time. If you've purchased a wine from us, photos are free of charge, or £8 per case if purchased from another merchant.
We're pleased to be able to offer our customers competitive storage rates in a unique three-tier system, designed to give you greater flexibility.
Our storage charges (excl. VAT) for a 6 month period are as follows:
- £1.75 per 2.25l case or equivalent (covers 3btls or less)
- £3 per 4.5l case or equivalent (covers 4-6btls)
- £6 per 9l case or equivalent (covers 7-12btls)
