This stunningly scenic river corridor, stretching from the Atlantic coast to the volcanic heart of the Massif Central, produces everything from the great Chenin Blancs of Anjou and Savennières to the Cabernet Francs of Chinon and the mineral Muscadets of the estuary.

We source here with the same rigour as we do in Burgundy, focusing on growers whose wines reflect a specific place rather than a style. In particular, we are proud to work directly with Terra Vita Vinum, a new Anjou estate of exceptional promise, already producing Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc that ranks among the finest of the appellation.
