Francois Raveneau Chablis 1er Cru Montee de Tonnerre 2015
'The 2015 Chablis Montée de Tonnerre is consistent with previous showings. It has a beautiful bouquet with pressed flowers, granite and smoke, perhaps not quite as defined as the 2014. The palate is well balanced with a soft opening, a little honeyed in texture with a buttery finish. It does not quite deliver as much as I expected compared to previous showings, but this is still promising.'
