'The 2016 Chablis Montée de Tonnerre 1er Cru has a refined, detailed and mineral driven bouquet with touches of flint and granite percolating through the crisp Granny Smith apple aromas. The palate is very detailed and full of tension, razor-sharp precision here with a supremely well detailed, poised, slightly bitter finish that electrifies the senses. This is superb: one of the best from l'equipe Raveneau this year.'
