Francois Raveneau Chablis Blanchot 2014 (Case/12)
Note: Damaged capsules
Tasting Note
'Flint, crushed rock, menthol, white pepper and mint on the nose, plus a saline whiff of chicken broth. Seamless and fine-grained, offering a captivating combination of salinity and sucrosité. This seems much more open than a barrel sample was a year ago. Finishes suave, ripe and long, with terrific floral complexity and lift; for all its sweetness this wine is bone dry. (Drink between 2020-2030)'
