Tasting Note
'Bright, pale yellow. Vibrant aromas of lime, peach, wild herbs and metallic minerality. Distinctly plush, broad and seamless but not at all exotic, with a firm spine of lemon-limey acidity and piquant crushed-stone minerality leavening the wine's fruit sweetness. In fact, this broad, very long grand cru finishes classically dry, with a strong impression of chewy extract.'
