Tasting Note
'Pale yellow. Deeper and richer on the nose than the Blanchots, offering aromas of lemon and lime zest, spices and mint. Thick in the way of the vintage but with terrific energy and definition to the flavors of citrus fruits, herbs and spearmint. More structured and powerful than the Blanchots, but then these vines escaped the hail. Utterly fine-grained wine with outstanding density, lift and rising length. A great 2015 in the making.'
