'Pure lemon and lime. Masterful discretion here, restrained at first on the nose but shows an inkling of what is to follow. All about delicacy and detail, not too tangy, then the fruit swells on the palate, very nuanced, hard to imagine making this any better. Minerals and fresh lime notes appear at the back in the exceptionally persistent finish.'
