Arlaud Charmes Chambertin 2017 (OCC/3)
Tasting Note
'This is Mazoyères really but Cyprien Arlaud thinks he makes it like a Charmes, with quite late picking for tannin ripeness. In fact there are three picking dates according to the age of vines (25 to 75 year old) and some whole bunch vinification. Dense black purple colour and a richer attack to the nose. There is a solid succulent chunk of flesh, red plus fresh black fruit, an oaky aspect behind, very long finish, needing more time.'
