'One barrel. A brilliant imperial purple. Just keep coming back to the brilliant elegance of the bouquet, startling precision as well as the intensity of a beautifully poised red fruit. It is fully ripe but with no black notes, just a little touch of white pepper spice to finish. Small red berries, alpine strawberries.'
