'One third comes from the Fremières sector and two thirds Monts Luisants. One third new barrel. Glowing purple of medium density. This has a sensual core through the middle, with a brilliant balance between the dark cherry fruit and fine-grained tannins. Striking length as always, sweetly balanced.'
