'The 2021 Gevrey-Chambertin Les Reniards is from purchased fruit that according to Lignier was impacted by the frost. It has quite a floral bouquet with wilted rose petals infusing the vibrant red fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with pliant tannins, fleshy with good depth and grip, gently building towards quite a sensual finish. Very fine.'
