Domaine Leflaive Chevalier Montrachet 2004
Tasting Note
'The 2004 Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru from the late Anne-Claude Leflaive was drinking beautifully. It has a no-nonsense, flinty bouquet that is so typical of the domaine. You can just feel those minerals, the quintessential "liquid stone" aromas. The palate is energetic and vibrant, with a killer line of acidity that marries beautifully with the shimmering citric fruit, furnished with subtle tangerine and white peach notes on the long and persistent finish. Outstanding.'
