'The 2023 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Au Bout du Monde offers up notes of green apple, lime zest, white flowers and hazelnuts, followed by a medium-bodied, lively and racy palate. It was still on its lees in barrel when I tasted it.'
