Ramonet Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Ruchottes 2019
Tasting Note
'Here too there is ample petrol influence on the lightly wooded aromas of pear, apple, crushed anise and a whisper of resin character. There is fine volume, richness and power yet the mouthfeel of the medium weight plus flavors is at once powerful yet refined, all wrapped in a lightly stony, serious and youthfully austere finish. As is virtually always the case with this wine, it's presently quite tightly wound and while it could be approached after only 5-ish years, 10 would definitely be better.'
